Coach Ashleigh started her fitness journey to better herself for her kids. She saw fitness as an opportunity to lead by example and set a good example for her boys.
Previously a “couch-mom” she was that mom who told her kids to leave the door open so she could hear them play outside and not have to actually get up.
Her huge wake-up call was when she was playing basketball with her kids and lasted about 5 minutes before quitting. Her son asked why she never played with him long and why she was always watching TV. She then knew then it was time for a change.
It was her experience at a local kickboxing studio that jumpstarted her amazing results and changed her life. While attending this gym, she experienced support and acceptance, which made her feel comfortable and not ashamed of not being very active. Her first year kickboxing, she lost 84 lbs. Soon after, she became a kickboxing coach, and later, General Manager of the Friendswood location. As a result of her amazing transformation and experience with coaches who guided and helped her along her journey, she fell in love with helping others just as she was helped.
Her favorite format of workout is HITT training, kickboxing and running! She loves to run!
Ashleigh went from a size 17 to size 8, a quiet shy girl to a girl full of confidence, lost over 90lbs, but more importantly went from a couch mom to an active mom. And lucky for us, is now a Fit Theorem transformation advocate, coach and inspiration for so many!
Coach Ashleigh’s Super Power is her infectious smile and contagious energy
Cal is a Master trainer with over a decade of experience. He believes that fitness is a process of self discovery, where we learn to cultivate the best versions of ourselves. In his teenage years, he was diagnosed with depression and suffered from addictive behaviors. It was from that moment he decided to create a healthy lifestyle in order to battle chronic anxiety. Since then, he has helped thousands on the road to becoming a better person.
His main forms of exercise are martial arts, mobility, and unconventional training. When he is not training, he is a full time husband, and father of three kids. For hobbies, Cal writes music and studies various philosophies of the world. His main superpower is his ability to show others how to heal old wounds and discover their own greatness.
Multifaceted by nature, Coach Ro offers the best of herself by combining her passions in creativity, human connection and creating amazing experiences. She is most valuable and passionate when able to contribute to human experiences and growth.
Coach Ro’s background is furthest from the fitness industry. With over 15 years in the corporate world, running her own brand management and marketing company, she helped small businesses realize their potential as inspirational and human driven brands. However, she soon realized she was neither fulfilled nor in alignment with her purpose doing that work. Her work was to be of greater impact. This revelation, unbeknownst to her, would lead her into the fitness industry and the most transformational era of her life thus far! Looking to change the trajectory of her life, she responded to an ad seeking a kickboxer instructor… and never imagined this decision would catapult her into the second most important (being a mom of 3 beautiful girls being the 1st) role of her life – A Coach! It was through fitness that Coach Ro found her voice and fulfillment of purpose to inspire, lead, teach and heal… starting with herself! Her role as a Coach was more than just fitness… it was about transformation, growth and striving for a better version of self! Fitness embodied all of that so was the optimal platform for her to be her greatest self!
Coach Ro enjoys being active in general… always up for a challenge physically! She enjoys mostly, training in flow, where she combines rhythm, balance and movement. She also enjoys sprinting and running in general. Her new found loves however are kickboxing and boxing.
When she’s not training, Coach Ro is engaged in all things creative, including, writing, photography, designing, dancing, singing/performing, as well as creating and spending time with her amazing girls!
Her Super Powers include her ability to connect with and see the beauty in humanity, as well her keen sense of human potential, and helping individuals realize/fulfill that potential.
JC is passionate fitness enthusiast and martial artist with a personal training background. He is on a constant mission to guide others to the best version of themselves, through optimizing health and lifestyle. Throughout college, JC spent much of his free time training martial arts and playing basketball. The ambition to improve in these active hobbies led JC to learn more about strength and conditioning. After optimizing his own health and fitness, he decided to share this passion with the world.
JC loves to train martial arts. Muay thai kickboxing is the main discipline he trains in, but has previous experience in judo, boxing, and kung fu. He also enjoys training with kettlebells and calisthenics.
Outside of fitness training, JC loves to have fun. Music concerts, travel, and plenty of time with loved ones.
His superpower is a genuine love for helping others.
Ashley began her fitness journey with a few family members, with the goal and mindset to lose weight. Ashley trained with a local kickboxing studio for 9 months and lost 85 pounds! She didn’t do it alone however! She drew inspiration from others around her, which ultimately inspired her to become a fitness coach to help others. Ashley is now a fitness coach, and mother to a beautiful little boy. She will always be your biggest advocate/cheerleader, helping anyone reach their goals. She knows how hard it is and what it takes, and so she will never give up on you or fighting to be the best she can be.
When Ashley isn’t training, she is at home taking care of her very, very active little boy, or doing some type of outdoor activities such as camping, fishing or just relaxing under the sun. The type of training Ashley enjoys best would have to be cardio. She loves pushing the body to do more than it did yesterday. She enjoys a good sweat so she knows she slayed her workout!
Ashley’s Super Power would have to be that she never gives up.
Gaby is a loving mom to her son Aiden, she was born in Mexico and raised in Texas. She’s been a fitness enthusiast since 2013 and has been working in the fitness industry since 2015. Her fitness journey was sparked by a 30 pound weight gain from her pregnancy. She soon found out that exercise not only helped her lose weight and get healthier, it also helped her overcome her depression and control her high levels of stress. Kickboxing was her gateway to a healthy, active lifestyle and soon she started adding HITT and weight lifting to her routine. She enjoys trying new styles and is always up for a workout challenge!
When she’s not training she enjoys being at the park with her son, watching horror movies, cleaning the house, listening to music and staying connected with her followers. Gaby’s superpower is honesty, she will always speak her truth and will have you do the same for her.
Ardie’s journey started with his dad’s passion for fitness. His dad was so passionate about fitness that even at the age of 82 yrs old, he found a way to workout.
Since childhood, Ardie was told that staying active and healthy made you productive both personally and professionally. “Health is the only thing I can take full control of, without any permission from anyone”.
Fitness is his lifestyle, and working out is a part of his lifestyle. In 2016, he decided to move from Sunny Southern California to Texas to pursue his passion in fitness. He aspires to help change as many lives as he can by applying a great mindset and well being.
Ardie loves to workout so much that he can skip a meal but not a workout! He likes to play soccer and cricket (English game : )) and tries to keep busy at home with home stuff when not at work.
Ardie’s Super Power is Patience… lots of patience!
